Useful advice for stress management

  • B-complex vitamins are often called the “anti-stress” vitamins because they are rapidly depleted when your body is under stress. Use more vitamin B-complex food.
  • Do regular exercises (especially aerobic) because physical activity appears to be a way of releasing stress and tension. It is also an effective way of changing one’s state of mind. Real good work outs release dopamine, which caused you euphoria and reduce the stress tremendously.
  • Take care “oxidative stress” (damage done by free radicals) by taking antioxidants (like for example vitamin C).

  • Laughing is one of the most powerfully beneficial things you can do to reduce the stress. Children laugh, an average about 10, 000 times per week, and adults laugh, on average, five times per week. Laughing stimulates the entire immune system, eradicates depression and alkalizes the body, which is important factor in combating stress. Laughing is a great tension breaker.
  • Listen de-stressing music (for example Mozart, or any good classic music) or Nature’s sounds (like for example thunder storm, wave sounds, rain sound, or birds singing) are good for stress releasing. Such music (or sounds) changes the pH from acidic to alkaline in the matter of minutes. These Nature’s sounds and music besides the fact that the dramatically reduce stress, they also promote health, and even slow down and reverse the aging process.
  • For true stress management, address stress right where it’s managed in your body – your adrenal system. When you are under stress, your adrenal glands are your body’s first responders – think of them as the fire station during the fire.
