Anxiety reducing protocol

Since all people have different signs and symptoms of anxiety manifestation there are different approaches for their individual situations.

1. Take Be Happy and Chi Happiness supplements. Also eat according to Food Intake Guideline for Reducing Anxiety, and follow Useful Advice for Reducing Anxiety.

2. In case if you have you have with anxiety also stress take with above mentioned supplements in point #1 also Ashwagandha.

3. In case if you have asthma, mental stress, high blood pressure, poor circulation, low energy and vitality levels, pains caused by rheumatism, arthritis, arteriosclerosis, and neuralgia; or if you have headaches take with above mentioned supplements in point #1 also Masa Squalene.

4. In case if you have insomnia, stress, nervous tension, arrhythmia, cold sweats, dizziness, elevated cortisol, or dry mouth (any one from this list) take with above mentioned supplements in point #1 also Relaxin.

5. In case if you have few different issues indicated above then take accordingly all the supplements that are handle your particular issues.
